Incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication here. My husband had a compounded prescription sent in after a procedure he had done. Never had communication from the pharmacy so he called in for an update and was told a text was sent to him (he didn’t ever get one), and since they didn’t hear back they didn’t start on his prescription. After that call he was told they would get started on it and it would be done no later than Thursday of that same week. Thursday came and went so he called in the next day and was told again that they hadn’t started his prescription. It’s now been a couple weeks since my husband’s procedure and he finally got his prescription.
Staff was polite so I guess they have that going for them. Such a joke.

If I could give a zero star review I would. This Pharmacy used to be the best Pharmacy that I have ever gone to, they were nice and they were Internet and they were on Point. But since they got bigger, the Customer service has gone downhill, they can’t get the dates To refill prescriptions, accurately, four or Five different dates that you can fill a prescription, because they can’t do the math to figure out what day it truly is that they need To fill a Prescription. And when they mess up there somehow Find a way to make it your fault. I will never go to this pharmacy again! Their customer service is horrible, obviously nobody can do math there, And their service is horrible. I highly suggest finding somebody else to go to for your pharmacy needs.

I travel often and sometimes need urgent refills between trips. They are always willing to do whatever they can to get me my prescriptions quickly, and the staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Big fan of westlake!

My compound medication usually takes about 5 days to process. I needed it sooner as I was going out of town. James was able to process and ship the same day. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

The pharmacist seems very knowledgeable but I was told to Freeze one of my bottles. Every where I looked about freezing the medicine it said DO NOT FREEZE. The medicine they provided me did not work. I called and told the pharmacist he said to increase the dose still nothing. If you want the friendly smiley service then there great. I would not buy Tirzepatide from them. I feel I was taken. Again I read and spoke with other pharmacist about freezing the medicine and they all said dont.

This pharmacy has been pretty good with our prescriptions and the staff is very polite. We've had some issues the past two times with doing a refill request on their website, and the request apparently does not go through on their end. Even though we do receive texts saying that they are ready for pickup, we show up and they didn't have any refill requests from us. After the second time it happened in a 2 month timeframe, the employee told us to call for refill requests. They should fix the issue on their website if they are going to offer online refills.

Emailed to get some information based on a recommendation from my doctors office. Received a cold one sentence response telling me they don't carry the medicine I was recommended to them for. They also said they were not contracted with my insurance. They offered no solutions or help, especially when I specifically asked for pricing. It's as if they didn't care and didn't want my business. I don't have a problem if the answer is no, but they didn't even offer an alternative. Just disappointed in the response.
