As a co-op student working at this Shoppers location, I’ve had a truly great experience. The team is supportive and fun even while working! The store is well-organized, and the service is always professional. Most of the time I go to this Shoppers, I feel uncomfortable because of a specific security guard who keeps following all of my steps. Today was no different he was practically looking at me and my husband the whole time. I understand the need to protect your things, but this should be done discreetly, as is in most of stores. We felt extremely uncomfortable and kind of discriminated. I’ve made the complaint to the cashier when I was paying.

I like the pharmacists, but walking into the store brings me back a couple decades. It needs a makeover. Security hovers, and I'd rather they help me shop if they're going to follow me around. to the pharmacists though.

If you want an excellent shopping experience, I highly recommend visiting this Shopper branch. The employees there are friendly and highly knowledgeable about the products they carry. This Shopper's store doesn't have a post office, still, they have an amazing pharmacy team and great workers who are always ready to assist you with any queries and provide you with the necessary information about the quality items they sell. Additionally, the staff is well-trained as many have undergone co-op to learn about customer service and safety precautions. I feel welcomed and safe whenever I visit this store, knowing that the employees prioritize my safety and satisfaction.

The atencion in this pharmacy is disgusting. The workers there are the most uneducated people,only one white guy at the pharmacy is educated person. In my hands I will be closing that terrible place...very bad service with middle East people

Every time you go to refill your medication, they ask you to come back later to pick it up. But when you return, they tell you it’s not ready. It’s a waste of time — and the worst part is, they don’t even say sorry. I don’t recommended those people
