Awful shoppers, very very slow service all around, especially the pharmacy. Not to mention the attitude of the employees. Takes a minimum of one hour to fill a basic prescription regardless of how busy they are, consistently.

Dropped a prescription off and was told 30 minutes. Can back after 45 and was told another 20 minutes wait. Have no problem waiting if I am told a correct time. After sitting in emergency for 5 hours, the last thing you need. Nice people though

I dropped three prescriptions off at 3:30 pm on way home from the hospital. I was told all would be ready the next day at 8:00 a.m. Arrived at 10:00 a.m. to be told that the beta blocker which regulates heart rate was out of stock. After explaining ing this, the clerk back-tracked and said she would have some prepared. This is an essential medication. I cannot understand why they would not prepare at least a day or two supply while waiting for stock to be topped up. I also did not like that I was told there was none and then suddenly there was. Bottom line: cannot be relied upon to prepare essential medication in a timely manner.

I wasn’t at my best walking into this Shoppers Drug Mart moments ago, but then I was helped by a staff member who’s assistance went above and beyond. Her friendly, bubbly, and energetic personality cheered me right up, so I’ll be back just to hang with her! Thanks Lianne:)

I have been trying to access the Shoppers website to leave a comment and it will not allow me. I want to express my disappointment that they do not have any marked Canadian products. I specifically went to purchase a tinted facial serum. They had NO testers for me to colour match. Instead they had a QR code for me to scan and try pn virtual. It did not work. I left with out purchase. I won't buy if I can not try to colur match on my skin. They need Canadian signage on Canadian products.

The people at the Canada Post desk in Shoppers are just the best. Lyanne and Ryan in particular. Going above and beyond the call and super friendly and fast. I actually look forward to going in to see them.
