I never really write reviews but I feel like this one is absolutely necessary. People need to hear that your pharmacists can make such a big difference.
The pharmacy team at Shoppers Harmony is second to none. They're friendly, personable and solution focused.
The pharmacy manager, Didhija is honestly beyond words. She values humanity and views the world with positivity and kindness that you don't see anymore.
She will go out of her way to learn who you are as a person to best support you and your needs. She is clear and informative in any information she gives to you amd it actually makes sense because she talks to you like a person. It's not just a job for her it's her way of life and that is so well reflected in the team she runs.
You dont realize that even just one positive conversation about your medications, treatment plan or condition can change your life.

I have never experienced such rude customer service from Shoppers in my life and it came from the store manager, Omar and Beauty manager, Victoria. If they act like this with the customers, what would their employees do? They were lecturing me and calling me dishonest when I bought a $200 perfume with an elderly family member and got a senior discount last week. When I simply wanted to exchange the perfume with a different fragrence (same brand), they said I cannot have the same discount and started calling me stuffs. So rude and humiliating. I wonder how this guy even became a manager, he does not know how to speak and no sense of customer service at all.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at Shoppers Drug Mart. During my visit, I witnessed a supervisor publicly reprimand an employee, Ms. Shruthi, for what the supervisor described as "bad behaviour."
While I understand the need for internal communication and feedback, I believe that such discussions should be handled privately and professionally, away from customers. Witnessing this interaction created an uncomfortable atmosphere and reflected poorly on the store's management practices.
I hope that Shoppers Drug Mart will review its policies regarding employee feedback and ensure that all staff interactions, especially those involving corrective measures, are conducted with discretion and respect.

I had a great experience at the pharmacy here. The pharmacist, Didija was super helpful to get my travel vaccinations all sorted on a tight schedule and followed up to make sure everything went well.

This Shoppers is great! Clean, organized, usually stocked, and the employees are friendly. The pharmacy is busy but I have never had a bad experience with the pharmacy staff when picking up a prescription or when I have a question.

In excruciating pain for three days, finally get a prescription to help, and I send someone to pick it up, only for them to say it's not a prescription. Weird that is says OFFICIAL PRESCRIPTION at the top. Waited on hold for over 13 min to find out why they wouldn't fill it before giving up. Don't bother at this place I have to wait another 30 mind in pain so we can get it filled by someone competent

Pulled into the parking lot and watched the employee lock the door at 11:49pm. I then proceeded to call the store and ask why they locked the door as I was about to run in to get medicine for my sick kid. She said the door was not locked and to come in.
As I approached she turned the lights back on and unlocked the door stating she was not sure how they got locked.
I just watched you lock them.
Do your job and don't lie.
Unnecessary and unacceptable.

If I could rate them a - 10 I would . Worst shoppers pharmacy . They don’t care what kind of mess ups they do . They have zero accountability. Same owner at Ritson location . He is rude disrespectful and a shame !
