Arrived in the afternoon to have a prescription filled. Two customers at pick up. Seven staff . One spent a few minutes chatting with a customer who had already had their prescription processed. No acknowledgment as we stood waiting. Eventually they stopped chatting and the staff walked away. Five minutes later no one had even looked at us as we waited. A few words would have been helpful. We left.

I've been in several times to this location and always leave very satisfied. Mainly due to the wonderful and patient assistance from "Jessica". I especially appreciate that she doesn't hesitate to greet me but with that said, she is certainly not ever "overly" pushy. She just seems to always be waiting in the wings...for my six billion questions. I have learned a lot and do hope her Manager realizes what a gem she has on her staff. I'm very much looking forward to the "Shoppers Mingle night" coming up on May 3rd. Make sure you ask about it next time your in. And yes, I'm a real customer...lol.

We went in late but the few staff were great and happy to help. The store has a lot of options, my wife noticed the great selection of cosmetics and skin care. Store is bright and welcoming.

No stars shouldbean option, so disappointed to go into Shoppers Drug Mart this evening and being blaster with foreign music through the speakers in the store. I will never be walking into a Shoppers again if this continues and i can guarantee i am not the only person who will feel this way. No need to first have it blasting at what sounded like full volume, but we live in Canada English or French.

On the evening of November 4th, I arrived around 6:00 PM with my kids for flu shots, only to be told that we couldn’t be seen without an appointment. I explained that I had checked the website beforehand, which clearly stated that walk-ins were accepted. When I asked why the website mentioned walk-ins if flu shots were only available by appointment, they backpedalled and told me it was because of the time of day I came in. It felt like they were using the “appointment needed” excuse to avoid helping us. I ended up leaving and going to Walmart, where I was able to get the flu shot without any issues.

Really frustrating experience here. Booked my 2.5 year old for her Covid vaccine and got the confirmation. I booked an infant vaccine for 6 months- 4 years old at the right location. When we arrived they said they did not do vaccines today. They had the vaccine and could not open the vial. Then they realized they could not immunize under 5 years old. Hopefully the booking system can be updated. It would be a real benefit to the Kingston community if they could immunize under 5 years old. It is very difficult to get Covid shots for this age. Public health is booking out several weeks.
