Get exactly what you need, drug prep is usually on the hour or just a few minutes past. Right now as of June 11 2025 they're doing some pretty nice renovations in the store. Helpful and friendly staff. Lots of items for your help and basic needs

Under renovations at the moment but still open. DO NOT use the Canada Post outlet here as they are the rudest people I've yet encountered in Cornwall. The pharmacy staff is alright except for one member of staff who doesn't want to go out of her way to improve the customer experience.

Am moving my business from Walmart to here. They have far greater customer service and delivery speed. Walmart always made me wait hours where as shoppers mart dispatched meds within 10 mins of my drop off. Highly recommend them.

Today is November 8th, 2024, at approximately 1:43pm I was checking out (1) item. A pair of nail clippers. While being hovered by your cashier Wendy, I closed up my transactions and began to exit the building when she asked to see my receipt. Now, I don’t understand why that was necessary when she clearly saw me PAY for this item. I believe I was racially profiled by this woman. I am First Nation & clearly brown, this is not the first time I’ve been racially profiled as this has become a problem in Canada! Racism is still very much alive and Wendy sure did prove that today. I did call the manager of this pharmacy right away, clearly explained myself to her voicemail, I have yet to hear back from her. I do not feel comfortable ever coming back to this pharmacy again. If you’re brown or dark skinned, stay away and go to another pharmacy in the area. Stay safe!

The Store Manager is very helpful, the entire staff is great, and all the pharmacists, including the owner, are great!!! Also, in cosmetics, Cindy knows what make-up, or cream is good for your skin, especially if you are over 65 years of age.

This is a great pharmacy, although it seems as though they might be able to use a little extra help. Perhaps someone for the phones to answer pharmacy related questions.
