I had a customer help me in using self checkout.This in and of itself shows how friendly those from Brantford are.
So my experience at Clarence and West Shopper's Drug Mart couldn't have been any better.

Dissatisfied so much with this store!I moved and so picked this shoppers because it was close by. I used the app to put for 2 refills. One of them needed a refill prescription from my Dr. I submitted that on a Monday. Friday I received a message it had not been refilled and to call the store. I called the store and found out both meds required a new prescription refill from my Dr. They had sent a fax Monday and had no response from my Dr. One of my meds is for A-fib. I talked to the pharmacist because I was in need of both meds because I was out. He told me I would have to wait until Monday. For A-fib meds?? I cannot go without either! The other is for nerve pain. He said he couldn’t give me any because I have to have been on them in their records for 6 months. I’m like a week shy of 6 months! Then told me I need to call my other pharmacy and get the records for them to prove I have been taking them for more than 6 months…ok I understand that…but wouldn’t it be more convenient if he called and got the information?? He could discuss exactly what he needed and get the fax and get me my meds. Just really disappointed with the service. He couldn’t have given me enough for the weekend until Monday?? Like a week out of 6 months!!

Since when does the pharmacy counter ask a waiting customer to let a young girl who came 3 minutes after to get PLAN B To let that customer go first. Neha needs to understand that the customer already waiting for a bit is served first, just because she is from your culture does not make her time more valuable or that a waiting person should be asked to let her go ahead.

Was not treated very nice by staff. Rude and very unprofessional floor clerks. There are a couple nice staff who work the cash register. Seems to be a high over turn of staffing.
I understand it's difficult when you are short staffed and very busy. However, it's not okay to take it out on the customer.
This shoppers is close to home and I shop quite often. Don't mind paying a little extra for the convenience of running in and out. I won't be shopping in this shoppers anymore. I'll take my business to West Street shoppers.

Absolutely the worst shoppers I've been to!
I had my prescriptions here for a couple months, and every single week they got my blister pack wrong and also never gave my driver my medication, stating they didn't have it, when they have called be 30 mins beforehand telling me they had it and were sending it. Because of this pharmacy I have been late on taking many medications to the point of it making me very I'll.

This is one of the smaller shoppers in Brantford. It doesn't carry everything the bigger ones do and generally it won't carry as much stock. There is generally no cashier's on duty when I visit, so if you don't like using self checkouts I suggest avoiding this Shoppers.

BEWARE. I just purchased a $499 Samsung tablet from this store. After paying, I noticed the package was not sealed; it had not left the counter and was just placed there by the clerk. I mentioned it to the cashier, who told me it was the last one, so she didn’t have another to offer. She did not mention that they do not do returns on electronics. I assumed maybe a staff member had opened it to view but wasn’t overly concerned; if it didn’t work, I would just return it. Well, it didn’t work. I contacted a “supervisor” who informed me they aren’t willing to take it back and told me to call Samsung. I called Samsung, who said the store had the tablet on the shelf since 2021, and therefore, it is out of warranty! Such an unfair and immoral situation.
