Terrible experience with one of the sales associates! Short green hair watch your mouth when you speak to customers, we are here to inquire something not to listen to your nagging or complaints that you JUST DISCUSSED ABOUT IT!!!!

Not sure if they experience high shoplifting incidents at York U location, it's very annoying that you keep hearing they announce "Security to zoom section XXX" while you're waiting in line or shopping.... I rarely hear this in other locations that I have visited.

Pharmacy is terrible. Constant issues and miscommunication, staff also don’t seem to care much. Even when they have communicated something wrong or made a mistake they never take accountability. Retail staff is normally nice, never had any issues with them

Went here for a prescription. The pharmacy assistant that helped me on Thursday around 5:30 was super helpful and kind.
The pharmacists that helped me Sunday afternoon was also great. He recommended me alternatives for an expensive prescription and made me feel more comfortable about my health issue.
