Very bad service from the cashiers - I needed to take passport picture! They took the picture without showing me the results and printed it out, the image was really bad quality and when asked, they kept on persisting that it’s how it should be! I am not satisfied with the service and do not recommend having your passport pictures done there!

Getting medicine and advice here; no problem. Good service and the pharmacists are very nice.
My issue is buying two expensive eyeliners and both are completely dried up when opened, no way to salvage. Same with mascara. Buying stick on nails? Getting four of the same size in a box but only getting one of the one you need.
I’ll go for medicine but that’s about it.

Please store baby bed for passport pictures in a COVER after every use. It catches dust when you leave it outside when left open in air. Babies can catch any bacterial/viral infection Jean Coutu.

This is the last Jean coutu in the area I would choose to go to. I stood outside in the cold for almost 10 minutes once waiting for them to unlock the door. All we got was an “oops I forgot”. Heaven forbid you want to browse, they follow you and treat you like thieves. The only redeeming quality is Bianca in the cosmetics department. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

I bought a hair straightener and wanted to return it the same day. They said they couldn’t return it because there was nothing in the box. I returned it 2 minutes after I bought it and they said that the cashier should have noticed that there was nothing in the box when she was scanning the item. Very disappointed if I could give them a 0 I would.

Jean Coutu is my favorite pharmacy. However i will not be going back to the one in Sainte marthe. The cashier was extremely unpleasant and couldn't even force a smile. It looked like it was the last place she wanted to be. If i can't be served and have a good experience i have no interest in going back. She was borderline rude.

The front young cashier was very rude, after i mentioned to her in a joking way, that i was wondering if she worked here.
My comment was a result of watching her play with a customers baby, besides the cash, knowing there was only one cashier serving and customers were waiting in line.
Not acceptable anywhere. Never had
issues at other JC pharmacies.

the nurse who drew blood from my kids was amazing. so good with kids!!!! I recommend all blood tests be done by this amazing nurse!!
