I've dealt with 8 pharmacies in the past. Some good, some bad, but this one is by far the worst in terms on organization. Even since I opened my file here, there have been many mistakes with excuses and no follow ups. Today, I called in the morning to renew my prescription, and 5hrs later it's still not ready. There is definitely issues in their process and technicians.
As I wait in line I noticed one male worker behind the counter on 3 occasions, is typically borderline rude with the clients, including myself.
I will not send you my contact info as you only copy and paste the same reply to those who complain here. There will only be a difference when you start losing more clients.

I have have numerous bad experiences at their pharmacy so have avoided going there for many years, however, earlier today, I decided to fill a prescription there since I was close by. Nothing has changed. There has never been a time when it has been smooth or easy to fill a prescription at this location. The staff look confused and don't seem to understand the difference between government insurance and private insurance. the Pharmaprix down the street is always smooth, easy, and the staff knows what they are doing. This place is just awful in terms of knowledge and organization.

Hello, I want to express my frustration regarding the experience I had this morning at the Jean Coutu pharmacy. The price displayed on the shelf was different from the one at the cash register. The first time, I took a picture of the item, but the cashier tried to convince me that the price applied to a lower-priced product. To clarify, I took a second picture showing all the products of that brand with their respective prices. She then called Nancy, the staff member responsible, whose behaviour was highly unprofessional—no greeting, no apology for the inconvenience or the time I spent resolving the issue. She treated me with complete disregard. The staff should have a more respectful attitude toward customers, and I hope Nancy can be more courteous and leave personal issues aside while at work. Thank you!

There are many individuals working in the pharmacy but it seems that every time we order our medication there is a misunderstanding or an issue. The drive thru used to be so quick and easy. Now there’s almost always a wait. Not sure what happened over the last 5 months because the service has declined.
