I have had it with the lack of clear communication from your staff and amongst your staff. Today my daughter asked me to pick up pre-ordered meds for her because she would be working past your closing hour and she reassured me she was not required to accept the meds so I could use the drive-thru. The drive-thru is best for me as I have reduced mobility. Once at the drive-thru I was told to go indoors to speak to the pharmacist. I left and called the pharmacy and was told it would not be possible to speak to a pharmacist before Monday! This has happened on too many occasions. I, myself have pre-ordered meds, gone to the drive-thru only to be told to go indoors. My customer experience would be far better if I were told ahead of time, perhaps at the time our order is confirmed, that our presence is required. In addition, I have had multiple phone messages from different pharmacists wanting to follow up on meds when I had done so in person with Elodie the week before whereupon I requested she make a note that I had done so in order to avoid at least 4 messages from pharmacists. Please allocate your resources effectively.

Waited 30 minutes on the clock for a prescription. There were 5 people working behind the counter. How hard is it to get a box from the shelve and hand it to the client? Google just said it was “less busy than usual” what is it was super busy? We would spend the night.

If your name isn't Ginette Tremblay go somewhere else. You'll be treated like a foreigner even if you were born raised, educated in Quebec and speak French. Deplorable. Blatant discrimination.

Extremely bad pharmacy , they are not trusted , they took my mapa prescription and hold two weeks no call back and when I again go there they said we have your paper some one will call youb, basically they are not responsive nor trusted one . So try to avoid go there .

Taking pictures is a nightmare, the employee responsible for taking picture is always on break and even when available he/she is tired after taking pictures for 2 persons. The worse service ever
