This is my local pharmacy so I always come here but it’s been two times I have been poorly served by a lady working in the Comestics section. In fact, she is older and has very dark hair, so I recognized her right away. The first time she acted like me and my teen brother were felons, literally walking around us and telling us in a rude way to use testers, which we were already doing obviously. Then she proceeded to talk rudely to my brother and I, in such a way that it felt racist as we are POC. The second time, I came alone to look for a cleanser. She asked me if I was looking for something specific and I answered no as I had just arrived. Later, I asked her for recommendations and she kept acting like I was speaking a foreign language and speaking to me like I was a toddler, but I was speaking clear and loud French. She even had the audacity to question me with “are you sure” about my own skin, as if she knew better than me what my skin type was. Not only did she not give me recommendations for products, she drove away a potential buyer. This behaviour was outrageous, knowing that she was already acting strange and racist towards my brother and I the first time. I have always loved shopping at Pharmaprix but racist behaviour such as this one is unacceptable.

Slow service, called to verify if my prescription was ready was put on hold multiple times for more than 10 minutes and no one picked up. Had to drive and take a chance , at least it was ready because a lot of times in the past my prescription was back ordered

I called twice, different days, to transfer my file to this pharmacy and I was put on hold for over 15 minute's twice... I mean, what about when I will need to order my prescription, will I need to wait 5 days to get it... really not the best Pharmaprix around
I called Jean coutu right beside and everything was completed in 5 minutes!
