Orders are incorrect - need to call in multiple times to make corrections no one takes accountability over the phone. Tried to order 2 boxes of 100 gloves 4 times today and keep getting transferred to the clerk who got the order wrong in the first place. All the while this waste of time. Tried to speak to a manager no no, let’s keep the business rolling by transferring me again to an employee who cannot understand the request in the first place.

Would give a 0 if I could. I travelled quite far and took my morning off work for an appointment here. I get told the person that will take the appointment is not in that day. What's wrong with your system? Do they not check and verify them? Couldn't even do a simple phone call to let me know? Had the nerve to tell me off with a dead expression and couldn't form the measly syllables in the form of an apology either. Thank you and hope your morning is as terrible as mine was because of your third world grade system and service.

When you call them and ask for pharmacist to call you back sometimes you have to wait 3 days amd sometimes pharmasist will never call you back. Some people working there are not very friendly to clients specially over the phone. Also when your doctor sends new prescription to this pharmacy, time to time they don't call you to tell you that they received a new prescription for you. I hope they improve their service.

Slow service!!! Minimum 30 minutes every time i go ! I called to get my medication waited 15 on the phone and they hung up on me because the store was closed before i got to talk to someone worst place !

This is the second time now that I go to buy my insulin for my diabetes and they say they don't have any. Furthermore, Ihave a lot of medication, I order everything through the app so I can just go in and out. Today I waited 20 minutes because the new person they hired who doesn't know what a credit card is, thought it would be better to serve the 5 baskets everyone ordered in the store first. I went to the order desk to complain and that's when they told me they don't have any insulin. I'm glad I didn't wait for the other person to wake up and give me this news after waiting so long. Now I'm tired from waiting and don't have any insulin.

The cosmetic employees always ignore me when i'm ready to pay ( and they see me ) so i
I'm waiting for them to finish talking, not with clients, between employees and its always to long so i go to the principal register. This is sad for their commissions i hope they don't have that money when the cosmetics products are pay at a other register.
