the pharmacy is horrible!
i went in to ask a question , because i burnt my finger , they kept telling me to wait and made me wait over 40 mins to ask a question while was in pain. customer service on the pharmacy side is no the be consider it , the pharmacist with the blond hair rude

The worst service. I was just there to take photos for my son, no one served us. There was no one at the Photo counter, there was another lady waiting as well. We advised them that we need assistance. They called a person that served the lady before me and then the employee left without so much looking at me. I asked for assistance again, they didn't reply nor did they send anyone. I will not return again to this Jean Coutu.

Great service I went around 10:00 am in the morning to buy some gifts in parfume and make up section and the 2 cashiers Precilia and Jade where very kind and helpful and very patient as well since I was not sure what to buy. In the end a great experience.

I would give non but there is no option. The lab service is to be revised as I had to come back to pick up a second prescription later when in fact it was processed before I left the store for the first one. This is not the first bad experience as there were lost prescriptions and no answer when calling from by number on file , but surprise from my work phone I got an answer. I write this to remind myself not put foot into this pharmacy again !!

horrible pharmacy every single time i go pick up my prescriptions there is an issue… pharmacist decides to go to the washroom while preparing my order, always wrong meds things i didnt ask for or missing things i asked for, i call they tell me ready in an hour or 2, 7hrs later its not prepared….i ordered by fone to avoid waiting in store yet i had to wait another 45min!!!!!no exaggeration not once have things gone smoothly when i order from this place….

Been going to this pharmacy for over 30 years, nothing but good things to say about them. Yes, i have had to wait at various times, but all i know is that they take good care of you, and will take the time to help you if you have any concerns.. as they all say, you can only serve one customer at a time, and it is time that is necessary for each and every individual going there.
