I’ve been coming to Pure for sever years and have typically had a pretty positive experience and the staff is fairly knowledgeable with their products. However my interaction with my most recent visit was not great. Typically in customer service you get a basic acknowledgement or greeting when you’ve entered a store and sometimes you’ll get a “is there anything I can help with” but the employee working today (didn’t catch her name but she sounded Eastern European possibly ..) was not friendly at all. No pleasantries whatsoever and when I approached her with a question her response began with a big sigh and responded with “they are two different things” with a rude tone as if I asked a ridiculous question and didn’t proceed to elaborate. I responded trying to ask something more detailed and she again responded with a big sigh and “well what do you want to know?” At that point I decided to shut the conversation down, leave the product and respond with “you seem disinterested in helping me or answering any questions I have” and she basically ignored me and after a few mins asked “well I need to know why you’re asking!” And I just decided to not elaborate and ask her ant furthest questions. She was unpleasant, did not smile, or even apologize for making a customer feel like they could ask for support. I’m sure she’s knowledgeable about the product but her customer service skills are absolute garbage.

Halyna - the pharmacist - is kind, and considerate. Despite being a busy pharmacist she always has time to reach out to us on the phone if she has questions or to give us reminders. And to give us a smile and say hello when we come in.
We are blessed to have such a talented and professional business in South Surrey/ White Rock. What a buttoned-up organization. Wow. 10/10.
