Was in need of a 6v unusual battery. They didn’t have any in stock but had one behind the counter for testing products. The lady was so nice and helpful, and gave me the test battery that was at 80% for a discounted rate. Saved me in a sticky situation!!

USE PRICE MATCH London Drugs legally has to honour price matches. If everyone starts doing this maybe they will just lower the prices to stop profiting off of poor people. Don’t buy your period products here. They over charge them by at least 2 dollars compared to grocery stores. Period poverty is a real issue. The owner of London drugs is a greedy white man that doesn’t care about women and people with periods 🙂

Terrible customer service from the tech department. Tried to get my phone battery fixed. I booked an appointment online, showed up and the guy yelled to me from his office area that they don’t have the battery in. Couldn’t even be bothered to get up. They had my phone number, didn’t bother calling to let me know.

My preferred London Drugs location in Nanaimo. Good service and nice staff willing to take time. Sadly I bought some magnesium powder that had been tampered with & was told it’s extremely common in this downtown location. But they gave me a refund with apologies.
I also used to take my MacBook here for service but not sure if this is still an authorized Apple repair. Maybe someone else can answer that.

I rushed into the London Drugs pharmacy 10 minutes before closing to get a prescription filled for my elderly neighbour who had just been released from the hospital and even tho they were just about to close the pharmacist went out of his way to fill the prescription. Great service and very much appreciated.

This is the best pharmacy in Nanaimo and it’s not even close, great Canadian owned company with high standards and staff that puts forward a great attitude and service. The tech department is very knowledgeable and treats the customer fairly, there is self checkout or you can be helped by an employee.

Nanaimo Port Place. An item online was shown as available, however 1 in stock so called to make sure. The person on the phone confirmed the availability. Got to the store, item was not there but the worker was very nice and looked in the back for me.
Called later to see if they can have it ship to that store as it's closer. They said to guarantee delivery before Xmas, maybe better to order to my home (coming from Victoria). Ordered on the evening of the 14th, arrived early on the 16th. Very impressed and all while using Doordash.
My only suggestion is don't have it as 1 item in stock as then a person can't order to the store unless reaching management. And it's rarely possible to find that one item.
