Shopping here can be more expensive then your mid range grocery stores however I use this store as my pharmacy and they are great. I have had issues with my doctor not renewing on time for medications and I am at risk of running out, the team here has always been able to give me an emergency supply until my doctor comes through and its normally filled the same day.

Never open on time and you are made to wait until a pharmacist decides to show up for work. Pharmacy staff NOT helpful. Wait time to pick up a prescription is ridiculous. Staff treats you like you’re inconveniencing them, when you’re a paying customer.

My complaint biggest complaint is it is very difficult to speak to anyone in the pharmacy. Yesterday I had to phone every pharmacy in Peterborough and Lakefield trying to find a product and every one of them answered. The only reason I use this pharmacy is it is on my way home from the doctors office and the hospital. If it wasn't I'd change pharmacies. I may still do that if they don't improve. I have had other problems with this pharmacy in the past.

Never coming to this pharmacy again. I came to pick up Tylenol #1 for myself as I suffer from neck pain that causes migraines. It’s something I’ve suffered from for a while and it’s something I’ve also discussed with a doctor. Mind you, I am also a pharmacy assistant at another pharmacy so I also know this medication is not something you mess around with. Upon asking to buy some the pharmacist began to question my usage and I explained. I’ve told him I’d used them before and that they have helped, and that I take them only when absolutely necessary. He argued with me despite not knowing my situation or my knowledge. He asked the girl helping me to look at my ID and then wrote down my health card number, birthdate and full name which makes me extremely uncomfortable. He simply just treated me and made me feel like a drug addict, which I did not deserve nor does anyone else.

They refuse to honour Scanner Price Accuracy Code when you find an error and they're extremely rude about it. The location on Charlotte St is WAY better. Worst location in Peterborough by far! At least the 2 Lansdowne locations never have price errors like Chemong does.

My unwell older mother went in on a Saturday (Feb 15th) to finally get her flu shot as she was unwell for months, and the pharmacist DENIED her because he didn’t want to “open a new package for one person “ apparently the shots come in a pack of 5 and if not used are discarded after some time. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am following up with the owner of the property because denying someone a flu shot for this reason must be a form of discrimination.

Got to this shoppers at 11:40 to pick up something that I urgently needed. As it was almost mid night, it was an emergency to grab medication that I needed. I looked up the business hours and it said they closed at 12 so I got there with 20 mins till closing, only to get there and see a blonde cashier sitting on her phone at the till with the doors locked up as she looked up, ignored us and started pulling out the bars… at 11:40. Now I will be driving to Lansdowne, another 15 mins out of my way in hopes they honour their store hours. I am very frustrated. This happened Jan 20.

Visit week of August 29, 2022. Staff friendly and able to assist in finding the product I need. Bright, clean, well stocked and convenient location. Groceries, pharmacy and postal outlet available. Mobility impaired accessible.
